1. SERVICES AND PLATFORM USE
   1.1 HOW is an online platform for buyers and sellers of used superbikes to connect and transact. HOW does not own or sell any of the motorcycles listed on its platform, nor is it involved in any transaction between buyers and sellers.
   1.2 HOW is not responsible for the accuracy of information provided by sellers on the platform, including but not limited to, the condition of the motorcycle, its ownership history, or any other details related to its sale.
   1.3 HOW reserves the right to refuse service or access to its platform to anyone, for any reason, at any time.
    
2. REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNTS
   2.1 In order to use HOW's services, users must create an account and provide accurate and complete information.
   2.2 Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information, including their password, and for all activities that occur under their account.
   2.3 HOW reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to, violation of these terms and conditions.
    
3. LISTING AND SELLING
   3.1 Sellers are responsible for accurately describing their motorcycles and providing accurate and complete information about their ownership and condition.
   3.2 HOW reserves the right to remove any listing that it deems inappropriate, inaccurate, or violates these terms and conditions.
   3.3 Sellers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of their motorcycle, including but not limited to, obtaining any necessary licenses and paying any applicable taxes.
    
4. BUYING AND PAYMENT
   4.1 Buyers are responsible for carefully reviewing the details of the motorcycle they are interested in purchasing before making an offer.
   4.2 HOW offers a secure online payment option for buyers to purchase motorcycles listed on the platform.
   4.3 HOW is not responsible for any disputes that may arise between buyers and sellers related to the sale of a motorcycle.
    
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
   5.1 HOW offers doorstep delivery service for motorcycles purchased on its platform.
   5.2 Buyers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
   5.3 HOW is not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses that may occur during shipping and delivery.
    
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
   6.1 All content and materials on the HOW platform, including but not limited to, trademarks, logos, text, images, and software, are the property of HOW and its licensors.
   6.2 Users may not use any content or materials on the HOW platform without the express written consent of HOW.
    
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   7.1 HOW is not responsible for any damages or losses, whether direct or indirect, that may occur as a result of using its platform or services.
   7.2 HOW is not responsible for any disputes that may arise between buyers and sellers related to the sale of a motorcycle.
   7.3 HOW's liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the user for the services provided by HOW.
    
8. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
   8.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
   8.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, India.
